  I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. The hotel - Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board). Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients were fresh.
