The building is quite safe given the area around the Termini station and quite easy to find. The rooms are well equipped with aircon, TV, amenities. The check-in was smooth and the personnel was eager to answer our questions. They also have a coffee machine in the common area and a nice terrace. The room was exceptional and the additional facilities of a kitchenette were a bonus especially with a mini market over the road. Good choice of restaurant in the street.

Clean comfortable room in good location, close to the train and subway. it was new and clean. they changed the towels everyday. Very close to the Termini Station. Homely feel and very clean. 1. The location is very good. It only took less than 5 mins to go to the central train station. There are some restaurants and small food shops around the hotel. You can never worry about the food there. The location was excellent, just 100 m from termini station and many major attractions. Excellent wifi. The location, steps away from train station. The location is good, near to the Termini Station. However, it was quite noisy at night especially the tram noise and sirens. Maybe the hotel could install a soundproof window. The shower pressure isn't great and they don't have breakfast. Shower power was pretty weak. if room facing the street can be rather noisy because the tram track just fronts the building. little bit noisy because of the tram. The Termini area is a little rough, however there is good trnasport connections. There are many names of this hotel (Manin Suite, WRH hotel) that may make the confusion to traveller. 1. The air condition was out of control so the air was not fresh in the room. 2. The room is close to the street so it was noisy in the night due to cars and trains passing by. The tram route was just out of our room and it was a bit noisy especially early in the morning. The elevator was not working properly, we were nearly locked in twice, and the main door on the second floor was difficult to open. Room so small dont believe the quiet location descriptions... Very noisy indeed! Cant hardly fell asleep for two night, though very tired from the day. I understand that the reception desk is not 24 hour. However, they could be more punctual as per their own schedule (8am-8pm). I checked out from the hotel around 8.30am but the reception desk was still closed.
