Half the price of the hotels closer to the Trevi Fountain, and literally 10x better in comfort, and expericence. I paid for two nights at another hotel directly across from the fountain and left after just one night to this one when I found how much nicer and comfortable it was. Do not get fooled into staying right across from the attractions, you will pay twice as much and the amenities are 200 years older than staying a few blocks away. This hotel is by far the best bang for your buck!

Fabulous location, well-designed rooms that are extremely comfortable, air conditioning that actually works, friendly and helpful staff.
Only downside would be for those with mobility issues, as the stairs leading to the reception/rooms are quite steep and narrow.
My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to the hotel. Just around the corner from the base of the Spanish Steps (which we were very happy about not having to climb at the end of each day) & a stone's throw away from the famous shopping streets. Great restaurants were close. We were able to walk to all the sights... The Vatican, Colosseum etc. We would definitely stay here again if we are able to return to Rome!
Loved everything about the hotel except the steep steps up to the rooms.
erik greeted us in a very friendly manner and continued to be a fantastic host throughout our entire stay. room was fantastic and far more roomy than the photos show. such a great position and so quiet - you would never know that you are in the centre of rome. great hotel and only 5 rooms meaning that they really look after you.

First, especially the staff is kind and very wonderful. The inside of a hotel is modern and very beautiful. The room is kept clean and is very comfortable. Equipment is also perfect. There is a jacuzzi bath. The warm delicious breakfast is prepared. Moreover, if I go to Rome again, I will stay here.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Les Fleurs Hotel and it's staff for one of my BEST VACATION EVER at their hotel. The room was modern and cosy, the breakfast was delightfull, and the service was warm and wonderfull. I grade Les Fleurs a perfect 10!
Great central location, close to major tourist sites. Very clean room. Large spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast, which included freshly made eggs. Quiet, no street noise in room.
We were on same floor as check-in and breakfast. We did hear some people talking in the a.m. when we were sleeping late due to big time change.

The location was perfect for walking and shopping. It took about 15 min to reach Palazzo Venezia. The street is just in the heart of the city, but so quiet and peacefull! Cars can't pass throught this street. The staff was very kind and helpfull. We used transfer to the airport which cost 60 euros (10 euro more than usual taxi) but the car was very good and comfortable.

We didn't mind the steps but others might we stayed at top. No elevator . One flight was a bit steep.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. Even though the hotel is small the rooms are extremely comfortable and the generous. The appointment of the rooms is outstanding. Fantastic bathroom with all the amenities you would want. The staff are outstanding.

The staff at Les Fleurs make you feel so welcome and are very helpful if you require a reservation for somewhere such as the Vatican (we did this and skipped a 2 hour queue!). Great location, no need to get on public transport if you are only walking around the ancient city area as the furthest thing away is only a half hour walk. The room we stayed in was a great size and all the facility's where great! Perfect Hotel! Nothing we didn't like, we would defiantly stay here again when we come back to Rome :d
If you don't mind walking up and down step steps to get from the from entrance to your room then this hotel is a great place to stay. Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the manager Eric looked after us well and was an excellent host. Don't have breakfast in your room, venture down and catch up with the staff over breakfast and check out the smallest kitchen you have ever seen and its marvellous what comes out of there! Our room looked out over the street and there are 2 that don'T. If you book a room a suggest you request a street view room. We stayed in Room 202 which was very modern and comfortable and for English speaking guests you could watch most tv in English. I am sure there are many excellent places to stay in room, this is one of them and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms vere spotless and attention to detail was first class. The rooms were kept tidy and clean all day. Welcome by staff upon return from day out was wonderful. Small but very friendly hotel.

The location was excellent. Two blocks away from the Spanish Steps. The hotel decor was very nice and our suite was amazing - complete with a huge jacuzzi tub. The staff will do anything to make your stay nicer. I highly recommend staying here.

Our overall stay was fantastic the rooms were immaculate, breakfast varied and filling ,staff discrete and the second tidying of the room each evening a perfect touch (the little chocolate was very charming).Perfectly situated and very quiet for the middle of Rome.

No lounge facilities
I had 2 days in Rome. I did not want to see much; basically just to stay and relax at the hote, so I stayed in the suite. It was decent with a nice jacuzi and a big bathroom. The tv has good channels; although the tv is a little small. The sitting area is good. The location is amazing.
The ac was not very good. The bathroom does not have a venting system. No elevator (but I assume all the bed and breakfast do not have elevators). Does not worth what I paid. Although I mentioned some positive points, I won't go again.
