  All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and professional. I work in the service industry and it is rare to come acoss truly excellent service, such as my wife and I experienced - Hotel was lovely and location good, personnel was very friendly and breakfast was "super"

  The location is perfect or exploring the northern shores of the lake and the views of the mountains...wow! It's also perfect for sitting and enjoying a fantastic ice cream from its own Geletaria... (Another huge plus!) The rooms overlooking the lake, we had 207 and 208 were gorgeous. (we got mar - The hotel's position in Riva Del Garda is the best! Couldn't ask for anything more! And the price for such an old prestigious hotel is amazing. The breakfast was really delicious. From fresh fruit and cereal to hot food and lots of goodies inbetween . The maitre d' presided over the meal in his immaculate manner. All quite old world. Please do not change!
