  The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. I w - Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

  The location was great opposite the railway station, however you heard no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to check in and our room was ready at 1100 hours in the morning. There was 24 hour security with video cameras so felt perfectly safe. - What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it.   This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

  It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!
