Great location, very accommodating.. Very helpful staff, very close to Fontana Bianche.. The bicycles available for free on the property were a great way to get to the beach and rocks. The restaurant on site is amazing.. The wait staff was incredible and very accommodating.. -

The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views.
They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing.

The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very
pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if
staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other
reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

We were upgraded to a suite for the room price, the chef cooked to order for us on two occasions, the meals were delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful - The Spa like attitude of the hoteland the way it was set up.The resturant was excellant.

When you eat in the fourth-floor hotel dining room, the windows on three sides look largely over the Mediterranean, but also over old rooftops. We really loved the Hotel Livingston's neighborhood. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

historical sites. From our hotel room, we could see the beautiful cupola
of the church next door. The swimming pool/spa is beautiful and the
best feature of the hotel. The restaurant is located in an quaint

This hotel has been beautifully architected within a historically
important building. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful,
and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room
(personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy.
Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of
access to the historical sites.

The staff were absolutely brilliant they could not do enough for you, the presentation of all food was excellent, the pool area was very good and clean beautiful areas amongst the rocks to sunbathe along with the beach area too so quite a few choices for swimming and sunbathing -

What a great hotel! The sea view from our room was spectacular! Hotel is really in the heart of it all. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some have commented on the lack of parking but the reality of the tiny island of Ortygia is that driving the narrow streets *barely* wide enough for 1 car is a challenge. The hotel is up hill on new Ragusa area. The service is 5 stars, breakfast is good, rooms are very cute and well decorated, very romantic. We were there just for 1 night and were very impressed with the quality of service. The hotel was a antique house of upscale family from old times turned into a hotel. It is very charming and you can walk around the hotel and imagine how life used to be in the past in that house.
