She accommodated our late arrival (9pm) and helped us Solve some issues we had with forgetting our passports back in the hotel in Palermo.   We were upgraded to a suite for the room price, the chef cooked to order for us on two occasions, the meals were delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful - The Spa like attitude of the hoteland the way it was set up.The resturant was excellant.
