  Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning staff are all to be commended. Very relaxing atmosphere. Understated luxury. Good location if you like a quiet district near to the city centre. - Cute hotel with nicely styled rooms.   This was our first visit to Rome, the staff were very helpful withinformation regarding tours, restaurants etc. The air conditioned roomswere a god send during August with temps of 36+. The hotel itself iswell situated for shopping and sites. - Everything!!!! Especially the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful.
