  Evening dinner at the hotel was delicious. Beautifully presented, and a wide variety of food and well thought out meals. Just lovely. I am sure my mother and I gained 5 kilos, but it was worth it. The room is not fancy but clean, large and beautiful with a great view to the lake. There is an Orta Lake beach near the hotel with free entrance to hotel guests. But our holiday was made by the kind attentions of the manager, Otello. Nothing too much trouble and he was the one ray of sunshine in what was disappointing weather for time of year. Whilst we were there, wifi was installed but only available in reception area at the moment. Big bonus.
