We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.

The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely
wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,
bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg.
The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

The people who run the guest house were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner (lady) speaks fluent English. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

The villa is very nice and the rooms (we had a room with sea view) are great. The staff and especially the owner were always friendly and helpful and shared a lot of good tips on where to go on Ponza and what to do

It was by the sea side with a relaxing view and private parking. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was excellent both at the outside cafeteria and the formal dinning section.

hard to find...make sure you have gps coordinates. The breakfast is
not adequate...a bit of false advertising. Would be better to say a
snack is provided. Also, the restaurant is about a 10-minute drive
away and horseback riding is not on the premises but about 5-10 min

Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.
