  Location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere....yet it is so quiet inside the house that one could think this is not in Rome. Our room was very spacious, clean, nice bathroom, excellent shower.   We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require... co mówią ludzie » d; the dining room for breakfast was magnificent (we did not have dinner as were committed elsewhere) and were able to use the facilities uninterrupte - The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt, bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg. The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

  Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby. Not too far away from the city centre, and definitely excellent for trips to St Peter's. Plus the rooms were huge, bright and clean.

By using the 3 keys (Building gate, s - Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near. We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving. It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

  We thought that the hotel was great! The stove in the room was handy and the rooftop terrace was perfect for eating dinner or for drinks at night. Although small, our room was very clean and comfortable. - the stuff was very friendly and willing to give you any info.

The town is quiet and gets the sun for longer than any Positano and some of the other towns. the transport is good between the surrounding towns and Praiano provides a quiet retreat to come back to.   The staff were helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain how to get places. They directed us to the train and told us what kind of ticket to buy for our day trips into Rome. Even though we had to travel an hour or a little more by train to Rome. The friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. The rooms were clean and comfort... co mówią ludzie » able. They were great. - Our whole stay and experience was great. From the transfer from the airport, our driver Andreas was really helpful and made us feel welcome, to the size of the room was great, a lot larger than we expected! All the staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly and their English was good. It was the start of our honeymoon and our stay kept up our good spirits.
