Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

The villa is very nice and the rooms (we had a room with sea view) are great. The staff and especially the owner were always friendly and helpful and shared a lot of good tips on where to go on Ponza and what to do
The position is nice, with great views but slightly up on the hill - so it involves a bit of hiking ;-) -

It was by the sea side with a relaxing view and private parking. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was excellent both at the outside cafeteria and the formal dinning section.

not adequate...a bit of false advertising. Would be better to say a
snack is provided. Also, the restaurant is about a 10-minute drive
away and horseback riding is not on the premises but about 5-10 min
down the road

Just outside of Rome we found the location ideal. We were able to drive to small towns in the area and experience all the charm they had to offer. When visiting Rome we took a nearby train.

This is an ideal hotel for a calm and cosy holiday! San Felice Circeo is pretty a small town and you won't find many entertainments but the sea and the beach are very good.
- The staff are extremely helpful with everything you need and ask for, including the transfers to/from the bus/train station.

Davide is a very helpful and efficient manager. The grounds have a lemon orchard and a lovely variety of trees including an Aussie bottlebrush. Surrounded by farms and only a short drive to San Felice Circeo.
