  Grado is a very nice place and the hotel is in one of the best locations, with view of the lagoon and yacht harbor, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The room was spacious, clean with a large terrace, rooftop spa facilities.   Hotel Victoria turned out to be a true 4-star hotel in a convenient location around the center of Trieste. The staff was most professional and attentive, not to mention fully fluent in English. The breakfast, although served in a buffet style, was lavish and tasteful like I never experienced at any other hotel. A major plus. Most enjoyable with adequate supplemental - We were travelling for our wedding anniversary and on arrival learned we had been upgraded to a suite - fantastic!! The staff were extremely helpful, directing us to parking (with a special hotel rate), recommending and booking a restaurant for our anniversary dinner (which was excellent) and even chilling a bottle of wine we'd brought with us. The room was amazing, clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly, highly recommended.

  The room was surprisingly big, the bathroom was clean and comfortable. What we really appreciated was the beautiful long balcony with a nice view.   The staff are all very warm and helpful, and the hotel itself has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. We stayed a week in August with our 2 year old, and had a great time; probably because it wasn't packed with other families with small children ;-) - We enjoyed the ambiance, the excellent Restaurant and the friendly staff.   As was wrote by other guests, it's a very decent hotel with great location. Clean rooms of a good size, tasty breakfast, owning family was very helpful. If i ever to be back to Lignano, would choose the hotel again. - Perfectly located, quiet position. Friendly service, clean rooms, nice design.

  Nice small Family run hotel. Staff was friendly, good continental breakfast, comfort+. The rooms are extremely well noise damped. Good restaurant in the hotel, nice whiskey collection in the restaurant. - Nice and clean. Simple décor.

It was ok because the hotel has such a lovely position on the sea that you are never in the room.
