  Great view to the sea. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We stayed only for 2 nights but we had the chance to take part to a traditional Ischian evening - a very relaxing and happy atmosphere. Free shuttle bus to the beach. Transfer to the ferry very early in the morning - not expensive.   The hotel was delightful and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restored convent is beautifully decorated. Anyone planning a special event would love this hotel. Everything at the hotel seems to be selected with great care. The antiques throughout the hotel make you feel like you are living in another era. Excellent food and wine, fairly priced. We seemed to be the only visitors on a Friday night in early May - hard to understand, given the quality of the place. Worth remembering that this is a B&B, so it took a while to establish that we could have an evening meal there. Once we did it was very good and served in a room with stunning views.
