The hospitality was great and more - The spectacular views from the Hotel are breathtaking. Easy access to the beach, the quality of the food was excellent. Definately a romantic getaway if you plan on spending your time away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were more than friendly. It is truely a hidden little gem.

  Wonderful landscape, friendly staff, good food. the best we expected. Open Gate is the place we will choose again for the next visit on Amalfi Coast. - We had a great stay. The family was wonderful. The view from the rooms was excellent. We will come back next year for 2 weeks.

The owner is a spectacular lady - she loaned us a map of the Path of the Gods and recommended plenty of hikes which proved to be no less spectacular than the Path of the Gods.   The hostess was very friendly and hospitable. She provided us with useful hints and advises what to do on the island. The location is relatively quiet and close to the port and the bus stop. The breakfasts are good and the dinner meal was also very tasty.

The best accommodation we've had, in 5 months of travel. Better for mature couples but we are backpackers. Great value for money, the location divine. - I loved the roof terrace and the free Wi-Fi. The place was very clean and comfortable. I understood that this was not a 5 star hotel and was happy with the facilities.

  Perfect location for a night's stay right by the temples and museum of Paestum - My purpose to stay is to shoot the ancient Greek temples in the evening and in the morning. For this purpose the location was good.
