The loc - Staying at Sextantio Le Grotte Della Civita was an amazing experience. The location, in Matera amongst the 'sassi', was spell binding and the luxurious accommodation blended with the location very well. I would describe the accommodation as rustic embellished with luxurious touches - from the designer bath to the amazing breakfast! It says a lot that when we arrived and saw the place we immediately wanted to extend our stay! A big thank you to the helpful, interested staff.

  We absolutely loved our stay at La Forresteria. We spent one night here and the staff was so warm and kind! We had a wonderful 4-course meal in the evening for a good price in a dining room that was so beautiful and genuine.
