The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

Villa Aruch is an excellent property to stay at. Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The hotel is situated in one corner of the town, totally cut off from the main areas with no supermarkets or restaurants anywhere close by. Hotel is very nice! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is air condition in each room, bathrooms are very pretty and clean. The beautiful decor. The room was just beautiful! And also the staff went to special trouble to get us breakfast at 5:30 in the morning. It was very conveniently located for us to get our early AM flight. - I arrived late at night and had an easy check-in. The room wasremarkable, excellent. Breakfast was great in the morning, and easycheck-out.
