  Bright, clean & freshly restored. Friendly & helpful owner & staff - really made to feel at home. Although a Bed & Breakfast, we could come and go at any time. - This is my second visit to B&B 22. I love the design element and the comfort. It is very conveniently located and I had no difficulty with parking either.

  The size of bedroom with high ceiling. Friendly staff and very good location near to the Bus/Train stations. Breakfast generous. Good value for money - Very close to the central station and bus terminal to outer regions so very convenient to move about. The bread at breakfast was real good.

  The apartment house is situated in the very buzz of Palermo’s old town. We were given an ENORMOUS apartment, not less than 100 sq. m., consisting of huge antechamber, big sitting room, huge bedroom with four-poster bed, kitchen, bathroom with essential toiletries, 3 balconies. Small old TV shows nothing, but who needs it when you are in Palermo. G - Everything was great. My wife, 2 year-old son and I felt so comfortable and Cass Orieles is very child-friendly. Anna, the housekeeper is so frank and helpful. Room is appropriate in size and very clean.
