  This hotel is little gem. The staff are so helpful and friendly, I can't praise them enough. The rooms are simple but very elegant and comfortable.. It is in a fantastic location to explore and enjoy Noli. The restaurant is fantastic (but expensive). Well worth treating yourself though! Free wifi, facing the sun all day long, complimentary water and juices in the mini-fridge. From the outdoor breakfast terrace with stunning views, to the beautiful old rooms formerly inhabited by bishops for centuries, to the friendly staff, I could not find fault with the entire stay.

  The hotel is located in a beautiful place with beautiful view from the rooms. It has a private pool, but we never used that as the beach is so close and there is a elevator directly to beach with a panoramic view. The hotel has a private beach and there is a free WiFi on the beach as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and had a beautiful view over the coast. The pool was very nice and quiet . The restaurant was very good, the breakfast buffet was very good too. The funicular/lift to the road was a real bonus. Having seen the other local hotels from the outside, this hotel easily looks like the best one in spot orzo.
