  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. We were impressed by the gift basked of breakfast for the next morning as well as home baked biscuits as a welcome. It was good value for money for a young family and a perfect location in walking distance (or quick tram trip) into the cit - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon.   We moved to la dimOra after staying at a local apartment on the same street. What immediately struck us was the great location. Corso Di Porta Ticinese is a great place to stay in when in Milan but la dimOra was located in an even quieter lane off the tram line just 100m away and very near to a great pizzeria and gelateria, as well as some eclecti... co mówią ludzie » c shops! Carrefour Express was just 5 mins . away and was great for any supplies that you lacked. What impressed us upon checking in was the reception - The receptionist was really very helpful and spoke very good English. The apartment was spacious and had all that we wanted, and was new and had some great design elements. And it was especially good for travel with kids. The location was great. A pleasant walk or short tram ride to the centre of Milan and lots of interesting shops and restaurants close by. And it was in a VERY quiet street, which was great.

  Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

  According to their own brochure, they have 3 locations. Me and my daughter stayed 4 nights on the property right opposite the Lancetti station. From the door of the apartment its about 300m to the door of the train (train station is across the street but there is a bit of a walk and 2 mandatory flights of stairs). Tram is 50m away. The tickets to ... co mówią ludzie » the train can be bought at the station but the tram tickets has to be bought at the tabachia which is right across the street. The tram will take you - The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket. The room is quite clean but not everyday they have cleaning service. I like this location also by the reason of calm.

They are quite basic, but very clean and as we didn't spend much time in our room, they were adequate for our visit.   We LOVED Diffuso Navigli Apartments! 1. It was SO clean! 2. It was SO spacious! 3. The loft was really a fun aspect 4. The kitchen was awesome, great appliances 5. Check-in girl had excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. She helped carry our bags upstairs and provided a map with directions. We enjoyed our stay
