Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location of the apartment is fabulous. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon. The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket.
The room is quite clean but not everyday they have cleaning service.
I like this location also by the reason of calm.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The suite was excellent, very comfortable and plenty of room and all the appliances you need for your stay. Great to have your own key to come and go as you please. 20 mins by tram to Milan cathedral.
We had a fantastic meal in the hotel restaurant, the waiter was excellent and explained all the Italian dishes, very highly recommended.
