Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon. According to their own brochure, they have 3 locations. Me and my daughter stayed 4 nights on the property right opposite the Lancetti station. The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket.
The room is quite clean but not everyday they have cleaning service.
I like this location also by the reason of calm.
