Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. 20 second walk from Lotto metro station. The metro service is excellent and you are at Duomo in under 10mins [metroonly 3euro for a day ticket]
Lots of banks in area - also a tabac and some pizza restaurants.
Staff spoke excellent English.

The service of the reception staff is some of the best I have ever had travelling, They are charming, natural and so helpful for anything I required. The location is perfect with all that you need in walking distance. The studio I had was huge and had everything to make a business stay comfortable. -

Clean, inexpensive, well-located hotel (far from city center, but close to metro station), nice breakfast and a couple of staff people are quite smart (though some of them proved to be not very helpful) -

Great Sunday discounted price. Good location where we could walk to
the Duomo. Easy parking via elevator under the complex. (Big cars will
not fit) Our attic unit had a balcony. The two Queen beds were great
but the roll-a-way was very uncomfortable. We were in the main complex
and had excellent Internet. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Check-in
girl had excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. She
helped carry our bags upstairs and provided a map with directions. We
enjoyed our stay
