Did not always use the closest as it was enjoyable walk to another one. Breakfast was included in rate and had a vast choice of items. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. It is a charming hotel with very friendly staff, our room was overlooking a terrace. We took a twin room and it was big and comfy.
