Very nice design. Hotel is situated not far away from historical and shopping center (15-20 min by walk). A lot of restaurants near the hotel. 24 hours Courrefour in 5 minutes. The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

The hotel is situated in a nice area. There are lots of restaurants close by for in the evening. Good atmosphere, both inside and on the street. They have helpful staff. The rooms are very good and the bathrooms extremely nice. Everything is modern, clean and in the grey area between design and luxurious.
The breakfast terrace is very nice to sit on in the morning. Breakfast is good too but consists too much of cakes as opposed to important things like bread. They also took way too long to repl

Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. Central location, cool design, clean and quiet rooms, lovely staff, very helpful reception. We had a great stay in hotel Palazzo Segreti and will be back, if we are in milan again.

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.
