The B & B owner Luisa was extremely friendly and helpful on our arrival and throughout our stay, the complimentary bottle of wine for my girlfriend's birthday was a lovely touch. The B & B itself is very nice and has everything you need and there's a nice communal balcony where you can sit outside. The area is great, loads of bars and restaurants situated either side of the canal and it's easily accessible by public transport or on foot (We walked to the Duomo in about half an hour). From the first e-mail that we received from Luisa it became clear that the guest is king in this B&B. She takes much time for explaining everything and making you felt at home. And we really felt at home.The room we had was very nice, with everything one needs. The location is fantastic. Even free parking, close to the B&B.
Great location, within walking distance to the city yet just across the
canal so a little quieter. We had dinner at the restaurant right below
our B&B. It was wonderful!!!!! Our waiter knew enough English to
help us order a delightful meal and recommended a new wine for
us...Souave. The meal was the best part of our stay!.
Very friendly and warm hosts, room clean and well equipped, location on the canal and walking distance to the center (Duomo), free use of the common kitchen any time, excellent wifi connection, only 4 rooms so there is privacy. Strongly recommended and no doubt we will stay again.
It is in a very good location, close to Metro and restaurants, bars.
The owner is friendly and helpful. I lost my wallet in Milan but she has tried almost everything to help me trace the wallet (although not successful). Really appreciate it.

Very warm welcome.
Due to rather strange B&B rules of Italian authorities, no fresh bread for breakfast, or other fresh things like ham or cheese. But great coffee. And after all, Italy is not known for great breakfasts but for great lunches and dinners. The receommended restaurant Brellin was disappointing, in terms of too expensive, and too many non-Italian guests.
Hot, some sort of a fan would be a great investment! She had a map of
the city but it was very hard to read! We spent a lot of time lost with
the map so maybe offer a better map.
Breakfast could be a little bit more generous (some ham and cheese). But nothing really important to change our very positive impression.
The room is facing the road and it is noisy during the business hours of the disco/bars downstairs. However, it is quite okay after their business hours at night.
Too many keys for different doors/gates (great for securities).
Far enough from the city centre, you will hardly come back ti the hotel during your day
Parking is pain: we have spent some of 20-30 minutes before some parking place was vacated

Using a microwave to boil water for tea and coffee as kettles ensure boiling every time unlike microwaves, all the more so when used by guests.Kettles also far more practical during the busy breakfast time.

The noise - being in a very popular area it was very lively and Italian double glazing does leave a lot to be desired.
