Staff is amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Paolo and his wife made our stay in Perugia even more pleasant! - We had a quiet, large room at the back of the hotel. Excelent service and breakfast, very friendly.

The location is excellent, although it is difficult to locate - look in the little alley to find the doorbell to this historic palazzo. The owners seemed new in the hospitality business, but they are trying hard. There were electrical issues with the cooktop, but they accommodated us with use of another kitchen. The location is excellent, very close to everything and walk distance to center. The apartments are new, they are well equipped and very clean. The host Alessia is very nice and available. The hotel it's very close to the part of the city where you can park with the car without entering inside the old city center. We definitely recommend it.

Alessia, the host, was amazingly friendly and helpful. Perugia is a
beautiful hilltop town and Alessia made our stay even better. The
apartment is located on the north edge of centro about a 5min walk to
the main piazza. The room we got was large, homely and comfortable. It
was also air conditioned and had a little balcony we could sit outside.
