We were met at the door by a member of staff who was extremely friendly
and helpful with good information about Lucca. Later we had an issue
with a door handle which was dealt with promptly. The beds were very
comfortable and location was not far from piazza where buses arrive from
Pisa airport. -

Everything about it! The location is beautiful, the restaurant food is
excellent, and the service is outstanding! We had a minor problem in our
bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as
we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything
was taken care of. Absolutely great service and value for your money.

The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. What more do you want? 5 star hotel it isn't, but value for money it is exceptional. The couple who run it are delightful, and we are now working on a plan to

We stayed here (in the main villa) for two days in June and had an
amazing time. First, the views of the nearby towns and the countryside
from the windows of the villa are amazing. The property is set upon some
elevation so it gets a nice cool breeze even when it is hot elsewhere.
The property is the perfect distance (about 15 minutes drive) from the
main town of Lucca, where you can go for dinner, shopping, strolling,
biking, etc. btw, Lucca is an undiscovered gem in Italy. It is an

This is a small apartment block with 10 apartments. It has a small pooland area for relaxing beside the pool. The apartment itself wasexcellent for me and my wife and son. Nice, clean, great staff and the free bikes were a big positive allowing us to ride to and around the walls and town of Lucca very easily. -
Room beautifully designed and breakfast was great. Loved that we had the use of bikes for Lucca which is very bike friendly.
