I was particularly impressed that when I tried to ask a porter a question and he could not answer I got a call so fast from reception to ask what was my question before I had time to pick up the phone to call reception.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants.
