  The staff were incredible, especially the reception staff where nothing was too much trouble and they were professional, interesting and good humoured so please congratulate them. Very large and comfortable room. Bathroom was the biggest surprise as it was very large and comfortable. The people who worked there were so very helpful. The breakfast was really very good and well worth the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel! The location was unbeatable!

I booked a single room, but there was none available, so they upgraded me for the same price which was already very modest, that was really nice!   One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)
