  The hotel is in 3 minutes by foot from the Termini metro and bus station. There are just four rooms for guests in the apartment, so I faced only once one of my neighbours, and I could easily go to my bathroom just in towel without fear to be seen. The room is equipped with hairdryer, fridge, heater and airconditioner. The host woman Flora is an am... co mówią ludzie » azing person, so kind, open and friendly! She cleans all herself, gives us water and sweets. - Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.

  The location is the best part of the Hostel. It is a 5 minute walk from the Termini Station. If you'd rather explore on foot you can walk to the Colosseum which is closer to a 20 minute walk away. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. - The location across from the Termi station in Roma was where we stayed. These rooms were lovely, new, modern and most importantly clean. The breakfast spread was basic, but no washing up was required. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating. We were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to friends, especially being so affordable and so close to the train station

  I can't speak highly enough of the service offered by David and his father during my stay. I foolishly booked one night short, and David offered to give up his own room to me! (Fortunately another booking was a no-show and he didn't have to). After my tablet was stolen (in the street) he let me use his laptop. They were like famly to me.   Very close to the train and bus station. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to your room at the time requested and a good selection of food and drinks. It was quiet - hardly heard any noise from outside. There was a fridge in the room which was handy to have for cold drinks in the hot weather! T - Personnel was very nice and extremely helpful. Upon arrival we were shown on map all sights worth visiting and places to wine&dine other than touristic restaurants. Room was small but cosy. Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.
