  Very good location, only 20 minutes away with the vaporetto(waterbus) from the San Marco Piaza.Eaven at night a vaporetto is avaible. So you dont have the bustle of downtown.   The place is like a home in a hotel. Very nice staff, large room and clean. Staying on the Island of Lido was much more enjoyable than on Venice! Very Pleasant! - Villa was very relaxing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Compared with other Venice accomodation, price was extremely good value
