The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious. The location, right across the street from the Vatican Museum entrance, was perfect. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is exactly like the website pictures.

  They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a phone in our room. I walked over 4 blocks to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call and my rescuer worked out getting me in.   I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well.
