The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious. The location, right across the street from the Vatican Museum entrance, was perfect. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is exactly like the website pictures.

My luggage was kept safe for me after checking out until I was ready to leave late in the evening after my program in Rome.   They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a phone in our room. I walked over 4 blocks to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call and my rescuer worked out getting me in.
