  The house owner is friendly and speak English. He explained in details the place of interests in Rome and answer our questions as he knows. The location is good, safe and the room is quiet. There are good but not expensive resturants at the area. The food of breakfast is more than we expected. - Francesco was the coolest B&B owner ever!!! The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious. The location, right across the street from the Vatican Museum entrance, was perfect. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is exactly like the website pictures.

  The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are people pointin

The owner helped us make reservations at two restaurants for dinner, both of which were amazing recommendations.
