  The area is great, though close to Vatican, still very local and friendly with local people around, shops and restaurants/pizzerias. Just 10 minutes to Vatican entry, about 7 minutes to metro, around 25 to Termini by metro. The staff is splendid and always happy to help and consult or assist.   It was very convenient to get to the Vatican City while the Metro is close too. Our first impressions where rather low as the area the hotel is in has a rather dodgy feel. We think the place is actually a regular office place/flat and they have turned it into a one-floor hotel. However, the people running the place were extremely lovely and welcom... co mówią ludzie » ing. Made us feel right at home!! We went over the Easter weekend and was provided with some nice breads, cakes, Italian coffee and juices for the occ - Really pleased we chose to stay here for our 2 nights in Rome! It's a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Probably best to print a map before you come because there isnt a huge sign, its a ground floor appartment in a big residential building. Reception staff gave us a map of Rome, and hepled us plan where we wanted to go and where was best to eat etc. Great air con, wifi good. Nice shower.

  The flat is situated in a very nice area, next to the Vatican state and next to many buses and a metro station, which makes it a perfect spot to visit Roma. The room is very clean. It is part of a 2-rooms appartement (ground floor) and I am sure that a family renting both rooms would be very happy too (we were only 2).   The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the museum entrance and its the first one on the right. Also excellent gelato down stairs. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was incl - The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2 minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip something to remember forever.
