Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, bez problemu komunikacja w jęz, angielskim, ale też przy każdym powitaniu -  "dzień dobry, dziękuję" - pamiętano że jesteśmy z Polski. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious. The location, right across the street from the Vatican Museum entrance, was perfect. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is exactly like the website pictures.

Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.

  Our stay at the Lunetta Hotel was excellent. The hotel was lovely and spotless. Our accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We needed a taxi to the airport and it was efficiently arranged for us. The location is ideal for walking to many of Rome's highlights.
