  The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

  The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was spacious and airy. Plenty of light during the day and after dark, so cheerful and lots of room. From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th... co mówią ludzie » ey completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom. The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts

  The location which is very close to all that you need to see in Milan especially the Duomo. It is also 15 minutes away from the train station which is very practical. It is a charming hotel with very friendly staff, our room was overlooking a terrace. We took a twin room and it was big and comfy. It was quiet too despite the closeness to a bar close by. The shower was really powerful and nice (shame it was a bit small but it was really clean and new). Nice big size bed for the standard double bedroom.
