  The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.

  The experience was great. Everything perfect. The staff really helpful; the bedrooms big, beautiful and clean; breakfast included and good and good location. 15 minutes walk from the Duomo. If I go to Milan again that is the place I want to stay.. - Very family hotel. Cute and easy commuting to centre. Great customer service and friendly.

  Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need. Hairdryer, Every day new towels, soap and shampoo and Clean The rooms every day. It is a 2 star hotel but better than some 3 star ones. Thank you for everything! - Staff , they were really kind. We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. The room was small but efficiant, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of fresh pastry, coffee and fruit.
