Not only did he help carry up all of our luggage (which was alot for 3 people), he also assisted us to call our hire car company as we can't speak Italian. It's a 10 minutes leisure walk through a nice old streets of Milan to the Milan Cathedral.   Frendly and helpfull stuff, excellent location just few minutes by feet from Duomo, Castle and The Last Supper, metro and restaurants were very close, the room was really quiet and cosy - Very clean and comfortable rooms.   We LOVED Diffuso Navigli Apartments! 1. It was SO clean! 2. It was SO spacious! 3. The loft was really a fun aspect 4. The kitchen was awesome, great appliances 5.
