  Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast, though quite basic, was very welcome.   Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out.
