  Everything was ok :-) very comfortable, big and clean room :-) the same I can say about kitchen and bathroom. Owner doesnt speak english but it isnt so big problem because she is very nice person. - The hotel room is tidy and nice. The hotel host is a friendly woman.

All the hotel is amasing. Definitely the best hotel we stayed. And we like travelling. It was close to Duomo. The rooms amasing, the kitchen amasing and soooooo cute. And extremely helpfull staff.   Gustowny ogólny wystrój, świetna lokalizacja - Tourist House Ghiberti was very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the attractions we came to see. Claudio was an excellent host. Buffet breakfast was simple and very nice. Room was clean and facilities were more than we required (internet etc). We will be recommending to our friends. - The size of both the bedroom and bathroom and the charm of this historic building. It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. Claudio was very helpful in answering all our questions. Having free interent access was great for additional research while in Italy and checking in with family.

  It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo... co mówią ludzie » mo. Location is great. The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th flor but there is elevator. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!
