He was very friendly and helpful. He is the face of Italy! :) Do not stress, because of the shared bathroom: It is not like a bathroom in a hostel, but it is like at home. We stayed there for 7 nights and got tired of it, but in my opinion it is good catch for a couple of nights if you are looking for a convenient place to tourist attractions.
