  I recommend this place. It's quiet, near metro station. Host is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and have separate bathroom. It's not a five star hotel but for turists it's prefect place for sleep and good starting point for Rome sightseeing.   The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition.   This b&b is one of the nicest place I have stayed in. The room was the nightswimming room which had a fab jacuzzi bath. The room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis.
