  Everything perfect: The staff, the rich breakfast, the vacancy. It's a lovely hotel with an excellent bar for relaxing. Free internet...good!!! - The receptionists were excellent, so helpfull and friendly. The room was wonderful, small but cosy and stylefully decorated.

A good/basic breakfast is served into the bedroom. 2) thebedrooms: There are beautiful, big and confortable bedrooms withprivative wc's, including the “standard” one.   Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

  We enjoyed our stay in Palazzo Vitturi. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good. The hotel is positioned very conveniently at an equal distance from San Marco and Rialto. We had a late arrival but the staff was very friendly and helpfull and we did not have any problems.   The location was fabulous! Only minutes from the vaporetto stop and San Marco plaza. Our room had a small balcony over looking the rooftops with a view of the Grand Canal and the towers of San Marco plaza. The hotel was clean and well appointed - staf - The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The desk was manned 24/7 and they were always polite and very helpful with suggestions and questions. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Ducal Palace and the waterbus stop.
