Tak - The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices.
The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

The staff was just perfect and the location could not be better. The Gallery is gorgeous and the room I got was big and very comfortable. Highly recommended for a very nice and joyful stay in Milan. -

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.
Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.

the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin
