The friendliness and the fact that Massimiliano (manager) was so helpful and understanding (grazie!). Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel isreally close to the centre of the city. The breakfast was great tastyand fresh.
