  Location is just perfect. We have never used public transport. Everything is within walking distance. Next door restaurant (stair down) is marvelous. Highly recommended. We had a room with own separate bathroom. First impression was very confusing, however by the end of the fisrt day we used to our room and outside facilities. Wi-Fi was - Marco was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming. He helped us book tickets to the Vatican & allowed us to keep our room late as we had an evening flight. He is so friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room was huge & well equipped. Toiletries were offered, free WiFi, hairdryer, fridge, A/C. It was very laid back and you could come and go when you pleased - more like you had your own apartment. The location was excellent too. Would definately stay there again.

  I liked the fact that it was close to the subway station termini, and from there you could take any transport and reach any place of Rome, I liked Mrs. Aurora currently managing the hostel, which was very nice with us and gave us valuable guidance and a map about where the food is good and how to get to places visited on foot or by metro. I recommend from my heart! - First of all,the friendly lady called Aurora, that took care of everything in this B&B,was very kind and extra-helpful.She answered nearly every question we had about the city and gave us anything we asked for concerning the room. As for our room, it was very spacious and nicely decorated and it had a large bathroom with shower. It was certainly clean. The breakfast was adequate and enriched with freshly-made croissants by Mrs Aurora!

  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   Valter was very helpful in trying to give us directions to various areas of interest in Rome. The location was perfect for walking to all the historic sites. The Colosseum was so close we walked by it many times and got to see it lit up at night . Gorgeous! There are many restaurants and coffee shops near by. The area felt very safe. Very accommodating and friendly owners - nothing too much trouble. Great location (5 min to Colloseum, Roman Forum and Monument Vittorio Emmanuel). B&B was recently renovated, it is very stylish, clean and tidy. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.
