  The location was within 1 block of St. Peters Square - you couldn't be any closer. The history of the area and the rest of the city is overwhelming. You ask "am I really here"? Fabio was very personable and gave us recommendations of where to eat that were close to the hotel as well as how to get to the sites. The room was clean, comfortable and d... co mówią ludzie » ecorated in a contemporary but subtle style. It was quiet on the 4th floor and there was a small elevator. The bathroom was large with a rainforest sh - The location was absolutely perfect for access to St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. Fabio, Alexandra, and Daniel each went out of their way every day to make our stay special. The room was very well appointed and absolutely sparkling clean. We were so impressed with the service that we extended an additional day and our next trip to Rome absolutely will be to the your hotel. Thanks, Rudi for a special place.

  Francesca at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best service we had on our 2 week vacation. She helped us find a special event on tv and sent us to a pub that was showing the event. Location is 5 minutes from St. Peter's Square. Looks brand new. Very nice and modern room in a quiet house in one of the side streets near city center. We have had a great vacation there as we engaged with my girlfriend in Roma :-)

As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you - The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!

  Loved these rooms - we travelled around Italy for 2 weeks, staying in a combination of hotels, apartments and B&Bs, and Rome ApartHotel was the best one.   We stayed at 305 via delle Fornaci. I think there are a number of different aparments so I can't comment on all. We couldn't believe what a fabulous place it was within walking distance of the Vatican City. We had a car and we were able to park it in a very secure fashion. There was even a washing machine. It is in a great location right outside a metro station and only 5 mins walk to Vatican City, there are a good choice of restaurants about and the neighbourhood was safe. The apartment is small but was very clean.

  Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great.
