  The location was amazing. The apartment is convenient to restaurants, shopping, tourist sites, bus stops, and the metro stations. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. It has character and charm. The owner is very friendly and helpful. - Wonderful Host who meet us on arrival and helped us with directions and printing out travel tickets for us. Location is great with everything right out your front door - the very easy bus system, getting groceries, shopping and dining. The Castle & the city centre is a short walk as well, but I recommend using the bus as it stops right out the front of the apartment.

  The hotel is in the heart of the city but at the same time on a nice and quite street. The owner is very hospitable and explained us in details the places we must see in the city. The room was very stylish and comfortable, also clean and tidy. Exceptionally clean, as if spanking new; central but quiet location; above-average breakfast... The host in particular, Gaetano, much more helpful than many tourist information offices and did his job very professionally. A lovely place indeed!

  Fantastic place to stay! Newly renovated apartment in an old building gave the place a fresh and modern touch but with a rustic adorable vintage atmosphere. The breakfast was generous and varied and the hotel is an easy walk to the metro in P. Vittoria, which I used daily to go to and from my conference site.   Everything was brand new - it looked like we were the first to use the room (No6). The room was at pavement level but the window was double-glazed so kept what noise there was on a quiet street to a minimum. A 15mins walk took you into the centre of Brescia. - Great location - 15 minute to the train station and city center by foot. Quiet street and no noise inside of the hotel. You are getting the keys and in the evening returning by yourselves to the hotel like to the apartment. Staff was very helpful. Also that was surpise for us that the owner of the hotel is speaking Russian. We was able with her help to find out the way how to get to Lake Garda and then to the Malcesino sity on it.
